Welcome to our Annual Impact Report. COVID-19 impacted everyone, especially those we serve. Thanks to our clients and staff for their resilience. Ara supported over 6,000 people in areas like substance misuse, gambling addiction, homelessness, criminal justice, and mental health. Our Gambling Treatment services saw 90% positive change and introduced the ‘Don’t Bet Your Life on It’ toolkit with PG Solutions. Led by CEO Graham England, CFO Andrew Ridley, and COO Robbie Thornhill, our team enhanced client experiences. Our Criminal Justice housing program and new initiatives focus on confidence, education, and employment.
