Salary: £23,710
Contract: Permanent
Role Purpose
We are looking for people who are passionate about promoting recovery to join our team;
someone who wants to exceed expectations to support our clients and staff, is organised,
with a focus on providing positive and trauma informed introductions into our services. The
successful candidate will also be responsible for keeping Ara’s Policies and procedures up to-date, supporting on a range of administration tasks and maintaining security of building
entry.
This role is key to delivering our vision of supporting an increasing number of clients into
recovery from homelessness and addiction. Some of the key tasks for this role include:
Specific Duties
- Being first point of contact for all queries and contacts for new and current Ara clients
- Working directly with the client to ensure they are enrolled in the correct service and maintaining client contact for their first stages of their recovery journey.
- clients are empowered to access services as appropriate to their needs.
- Having skill set to complete central administration tasks – including updating Polices and supportive Central administration tasks.
