Keyworkers Deliver Essentials During COVID-19 Lockdown

Keyworkers Deliver Essentials

Keyworkers deliver essentials: During the COVID-19 lockdown our amazing key workers deliver essentials so that our clients can stay safe and well. This includes weekly food parcels and newly installed Wi-Fi in all our accommodation.

We run homelessness pathway 4 on behalf of Bristol City Council, supporting nearly 150 people with drug and alcohol problems to rebuild their lives.

Housing Referrals are still open

During the COVID-19 lockdown we’re still open to help people who are homeless or at-risk. Ara’s Housing Service is fully open and taking referrals. Whilst our usual twice weekly drop-in groups are unable to go ahead, you can still refer people over the phone.

To refer yourself or someone else, please call us on 0330 1340 286 during office hours. We will then set up a telephone assessment with a member of the housing team.
