Welcome to our first Post COVID-19 Annual Impact Report. This year, Ara reached over 12,000 individuals, doubling our previous impact. Despite the pandemic, we maintained services and now focus on expanding support for those facing substance misuse, gambling addiction, homelessness, and mental health issues. Our Gambling Treatment services achieved 98% satisfaction and broadened to include education for young people. Led by CEO Graham England, our team remains dedicated to high-quality service. Housing continues to be central, offering essential support and treatment.
