At Ara, we are dedicated to supporting individuals with lived experience of addiction, mental health challenges, and homelessness. Founded by people with similar backgrounds, 35% of our staff share these experiences, enabling us to build deeper connections with those we serve. This approach fosters compassion, understanding, and hope, ensuring that our services remain effective and focused on the needs of individuals and communities we support.
